"I called in today and was helped by Richard at wrightsboro rd location and he was amazing. He even brought to my attention about my limits and possibly raising them a bit to cover me completely in case anything was to happen. That was the last thing on my mind but he brought it up and I appreciate it because that’s something for me to really think about now. I’m all about saving money but if I can save my pockets and car in the long run, I’m all for it. I really appreciate how it felt like he wasn’t trying to sell me something but I truly believe, he was just looking out for my best interest. Thank you Richard !!!!"

"Kimberly has a real problem with customer service. She is very disrespectful and should not be able to work for a company like State farm. She is highly rude and its unacceptable. There is a way to conduct business and it does not start by harassing a long time customer about payments that were already made. Instead of listening to my concerns, she takes it into her own hands to tell me how things are going to go. I feel her professionalism needs major work. She is not willing to explain the policy, that I pay for monthly, in details. She does not apologize for her actions nor does she feel any regret from ruining a perfect day over a mistake. She should be fired immediately!!! I will be speaking to Mr. Hoke about this situation and hopefully they can get someone who is more qualified for the position."

"October 25th 2 a.m. alarm went off and I got up look outside of my door when the hallway but I didn't see you then in a few minutes later I heard a big noise it really scared me I went back to the apartment today Palma close at smoke on it and even my living room set at smoke on it because I didn't take a picture of it yet but I'm have to go back and take a picture of this he's not on my clothes real smokey I didn't realize until I put one on my blouse over my arm Chick-fil-A close to and I have forgot to take a picture of my cat with hand in my living room it what's Smokey 2 everything really was smoking in the house"

When I did get a call back I got the feeling I was inconveniencing the lady in the phone. I was a client before, but won't be again."
